MAJA 4.9.3 now available
Main improvement :
MAJA 4.9 comes with full support for PLEIADES products, with a dedicated set of Look-up Tables.
This version also fixes a long lasting bug recently found in the adjacency effect correction modules, where the implemented filter was a mean filter instead of the Gaussian filter as described in the specifications.
WARNING: This has an impact on the GIPP files, since the “Env_Corr_Radius” parameter is now replaced by “Rho_Env_Stddev”. Therefore, this version only works with the latest 4.9 GIPP files. If you try to use it with a former version, it will fall into an error. You may let startmaja download the 4.9 version in a new directory, or get it from the GIPP Gitlab repository.
Other changes
- This version reflects recent changes in the CDS API used to retrieve the CAMS products
- The MNTBase.py is modified to improve the computation of the coarse MNT files
- Various bug fixes in startmaja
